Class 1: Intro A (2008)
Introductory A (2008). Lead rein allowed. Open to Horse & Rider combination never to have won a Walk & Trot competition
1st – 4th place will qualify you for the Championship in March.
Class 2: Intro B (2009)
Open to Horse & Rider combination never to have won a Walk & Trot competition or above prior to this series. 1st – 4th place will qualify
you for the Championship in March
Class 3: Prelim 1 (2006)
Open to Horse & Rider combination never to have won at Prelim level or above. 1st – 4th place will qualify you for the Championship in March
Class 4: Prelim 15
Open to Horses that have no BD points. 1st – 4th place will qualify you for the Championship in March
Class 5: Novice 22
Open to Horses that have no BD. 1st – 4th place will qualify you for the Championship in March.
Class 6: Novice 23
Open to all. 1st – 4th place will qualify you for the Championship in March.
Class 7: Elementary 40
Open to all. 1st – 4th place will qualify you for the Championship in March.
Class 8: Medium 73
Open to all. 1st – 4th place will qualify you for the Championship in March.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
• All classes will be judged under British Dressage rules.
• Riding hats that comply with the current BS safety standards must be worn at all times whilst mounted on the showground.
• All tack should comply with the British Dressage rules, including bits and nose-bands.
• No horses to be schooled or lunged in the car park or any other areas.
• Horses or ponies should never be left unattended, when tied to a lorry or trailer.
• Whitehorse Farm reserves the right to unconditionally disqualify and/or ban riders who display an excessive use of whips and or/spurs or those who use bad language or behave in a unsporting manner.
• Anyone seen riding/handling in a manner likely to endanger themselves, their horse or any other parties, will be asked to leave the showground for safety reasons.
• The Judge’s decision is always final.
• Complaints of any nature must be logged in writing with the secretary, together with a deposit of £15 within 15 minutes of class finishing. If the objection is proved correct the £15 deposit will be returned.
• All entries/competitors must have valid Horse and Rider Insurance including Personal Liability Cover.
• Riding is a high-risk sport and is undertaken at your own risk. Whitehorse Farm and/or its Employees accept no responsibility for any accidents or injury to competitors, onlookers, horses or property.
• No Horse/Pony may be entered more than once in any class
• Horses/Ponies must be over the age of 4 to compete in any classes.
• Whitehorse Farm reserves the right to refuse entry or make changes to a class without stating a reason.
• No entries can be refunded unless either a medical or veterinary certificate is produced.
• No mucking out of horseboxes on the showground.
